Third-Party Sharing

Book’s Writing Services may use third-party credit card processing companies for billing purposes. These companies are strictly prohibited from storing, sharing, or using your personal information for any purpose other than payment processing.

Terms and Conditions
Revision Policy
Revision availability depends on the package you have selected. We offer free revisions provided the original design concept remains unchanged. Revision turnaround time is up to 48 hours.
Fair Usage Policy
While we offer unlimited revisions, this is subject to fair usage. Unlimited revisions mean up to a maximum of 30 revisions per project. Any revisions beyond this limit may incur additional charges.
This Refund Policy governs all services provided by Book’s Writing Services and forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions. By placing an order, the client acknowledges and agrees that all services offered are custom, personalized, and created specifically according to the client’s instructions and requirements.
Nature of Services
Book writing, ghostwriting, editing, proofreading, publishing, printing, and marketing services are custom services under United States consumer law. Once work has commenced, these services cannot be resold or reused and therefore are not subject to unconditional refunds.
Refund Eligibility
A client may request a full refund less a ten percent processing and administrative fee if the order is cancelled within twenty-four hours of order placement, provided that no work has commenced. Work commencement includes, but is not limited to, research, outlining, consultation, drafting, editing, formatting, project planning, or allocation of writers, editors, or publishing resources.
If a refund request is submitted before any outline, chapter, sample, or written material has been delivered, the client may be eligible for a full refund less a ten percent service and processing fee
If a refund request is submitted after an outline, sample chapter, or initial draft has been delivered, the refund amount will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed. Requests made within forty-eight hours of initial content delivery may qualify for a refund of up to sixty-six percent, less a ten percent service and processing fee. Requests made between forty-eight and one hundred twenty hours after delivery may qualify for a refund of up to thirty-three percent, less a ten percent service and processing fee.
No refund requests will be accepted after one hundred twenty hours from the delivery of initial content.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
No refunds will be issued once the client has approved any outline, chapter, draft, edited material, or manuscript, or has requested revisions or provided feedback following delivery.
No refunds will be issued once fifty percent or more of the project has been completed, including research, outlining, drafting, editing, formatting, or consultation.
No refunds will be issued once the final manuscript or any agreed-upon portion of the work has been delivered.
No refunds will be issued if the client becomes non-responsive for thirty days or more after placing the order.
No refunds will be issued where dissatisfaction arises due to unclear, incomplete, inaccurate, or changing instructions provided by the client.
Third-Party Services and Non-Refundable Costs
Book’s Writing Services does not provide refunds for any services that involve third-party vendors once payment has been made to those vendors. This includes, but is not limited to, book printing services, publishing services, ISBN registration, copyright registration, paid marketing or advertising campaigns, press releases, distribution services, book listing platforms, editorial review services, formatting for third-party platforms, cover printing, or any other service requiring payment to an external provider.
Once a book has been printed, published, distributed, marketed, advertised, submitted, or uploaded to any third-party platform, the service becomes strictly non-refundable.
All third-party fees paid on behalf of the client are final and non-recoverable. Book’s Writing Services shall not be responsible for refunding any amounts already paid to third-party vendors.
Revisions in Place of Refunds
In accordance with industry standards and US consumer fairness principles, Book’s Writing Services offers revisions as the primary remedy for dissatisfaction, provided the delivered content reasonably aligns with the original project brief. Refunds will not be issued where revisions can resolve the concern.
Good Faith Requirement
Refunds are issued only when an order is placed and pursued in good faith. If a client engages multiple writing, publishing, or marketing agencies for the same project with the intent to compare work, extract value, or seek refunds, such conduct will be deemed a violation of good faith. In such cases, Book’s Writing Services reserves the right to deny any refund request.
Custom Packages and Bundled Services
All bundled and custom packages are subject to prorated refunds only for services that have not yet commenced and do not involve third-party costs. Services already rendered or paid to external vendors are non-refundable.
Ownership and Rights Upon Refund
If a refund is approved and processed, all rights, title, and interest in any written content, drafts, outlines, research materials, and work product created during the engagement shall immediately revert to Book’s Writing Services. The client agrees not to use, publish, distribute, reproduce, or modify any such content in whole or in part.
Refund Request Procedure
All refund requests must be submitted in writing with a clear and reasonable explanation by contacting our support team via phone, live chat, or email at sales@bookswritingservice.com. Book’s Writing Services reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests on a case-by-case basis in accordance with this policy and applicable US law.
My Account
The “My Account” section is the primary platform for communication, revisions, and updates. Clients are responsible for checking their account regularly. Failure to do so does not qualify for a refund. Assistance is available through customer support if needed.
Reactivation Policy
If a client remains unresponsive for more than 45 days, the project will be closed without refund. Projects may be placed on hold upon request. Reactivation after 45 days requires a $150 reactivation fee.
Third-Party Terms of Use
Certain services may involve third-party vendors. Use of these services implies agreement to their respective terms and conditions, which may change at their discretion.

Delivery Policy
Design files are delivered to your Account Area according to the timeline mentioned in the Order Confirmation Email. Clients are notified via email once files are uploaded. All revision and refund policies are based on the delivery date and time recorded in the Account Area.
Standard delivery is 2–3 business days. Rush delivery is available within 24 hours for an additional $100.
Communication Policy
Book’s Writing Services is not responsible for communications received from email addresses or phone numbers not listed on our official website. We only take responsibility for correspondence originating from our official domain emails (e.g., sales@bookswritingservice.com) and listed toll-free numbers.
